Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Care Options for Kids, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral interventions in a home setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to develop tailored treatment plans. - You will implement and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions in clients' homes. - You will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care. - You will provide training and support to caregivers to promote skill generalization. - You will collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. - You will participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices. What You Bring: - You have a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You possess at least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations with autism or developmental disabilities. - You have strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage families effectively. - You are comfortable working independently in a home-based environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with telehealth service delivery. - Additional certifications related to autism or developmental disabilities. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client populations. - Experience in training or supervising behavior technicians.
