Role Overview: As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Care Options for Kids, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized behavioral interventions in a home setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - You will provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff. - You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care. - You will monitor and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. - You will maintain detailed documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. - You will participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis. - You will foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children in their homes. What You Bring: - You must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - You should have at least 1-3 years of experience working with pediatric populations in behavioral analysis. - You need strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. - You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and team members. - You should be comfortable working independently in a home-based setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. - Familiarity with data collection software and electronic health records. - Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic disciplines. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse family populations.
