Full Description

CARE Esthetics and PRFEDU are seeking a highly organized, highly responsive Clinic Growth & Operations Manager to support our national medical esthetics education and clinic network. This role serves as the primary operational contact for medical providers and is responsible for clinic onboarding, provider support, training coordination, and operational execution across a growing national platform. This is not an entry-level administrative role. Direct experience working with doctors or medical providers is required. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary operational contact for clinic partners nationwide • Respond promptly and professionally to provider inquiries (phone and email) • Coordinate onboarding of new clinic partners • Manage course registrations and training logistics • Support implementation of PRF systems within clinics • Maintain CRM tracking, onboarding documentation, and operational records • Support conferences and training events as needed • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Required Experience • Direct professional experience working with doctors, medical providers, or healthcare clinics (required) • Experience in medical device, dental organizations, medical esthetics, healthcare consulting, or practice development preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills Candidates without direct experience working with medical providers will not be considered. Required Skills • Highly organized • Highly responsive • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong operational discipline • Professional communication with physicians and clinical teams Compensation Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience Performance-based bonus potential tied to clinic network growth and operational performance Work Schedule Full-time, in-office position Monday through Friday Jupiter, FL 33458 Occasional travel required for training courses and conferences Probationary Period All candidates will undergo a mandatory 90-day probationary period prior to long-term continuation.
