JOB OVERVIEW: FULLY REMOTE POSITION - WORK FROM HOME - DAY SHIFT Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) is the largest private and independent cardiology network in the United States. Our inclusive and diverse network brings together top cardiovascular specialists and thought leaders who offer regional perspectives and a broad strategic vision for the future of patient care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to): We are looking for candidates who want to use their expertise in technology to improve the care and diagnosis of patients requiring cardiac monitoring. We are recruiting candidates that have excellent analytical and communication skills. The customer care team monitors patients’ devices and proactively communicates with patients to troubleshoot offline monitors. Other Care Representative duties are: Assist the patient in applying the monitor or reapplying monitor after charging. Communicate with clinics concerning patient needs or concerns. Process device returns for broken or lost devices Sort and File all papers received electronically Reassign inventory for clinics Prepare daily emails for clinics regarding offline patients Contribute to a high-quality service both to physicians and patients. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED 1 year experience in a healthcare role or certification in a healthcare role Strong technical and computer skills Enrolled in college for nursing or healthcare Great communication and multi-tasking skills SCHEDULE Shifts Available, weekend and holiday shifts are required.
