JOB OVERVIEW: The CIN Program Manager, Strategy & Operations supports the execution and ongoing development of CVAUSA’s Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) and value-based care initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with clinical, operational, quality, and contracting teams to drive key CIN activities, synthesize performance and operational insights, and inform leadership decision-making. The position exercises independent judgment in managing project workflows, identifying operational risks and gaps, and advancing strategic CIN priorities. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, analytical rigor, and initiative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, exercising independent judgment on matters of operational and strategic significance. Key Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of CIN workplans, independently aligning priorities with organizational strategy and operational goals. Monitor and manage project timelines across CIN and value-based initiatives, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Synthesize performance, quality, and contracting information to support CIN leadership decision-making. Design and implement improvements to CIN operational workflows, tools, and documentation. Identify process improvement opportunities across CIN activities and escalate recommendations to leadership. Develop executive-level meeting materials and synthesize insights to inform CIN committee and leadership discussion. Evaluate governance outcomes and independently drive follow-through strategic action items impacting CIN performance. Develop and deliver presentations and reports that inform CIN leadership decision-making. Ensure alignment across cross-functional CIN workstreams and resolve operational barriers impacting execution. Maintain and analyze CIN participation and readiness data to support network development and reporting. Analyze and validate quality, utilization, and performance data, identifying trends and recommending operational improvements. Develop and maintain performance dashboards used by CIN leadership to monitor network performance and guide strategic decisions. Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Serve as an operational liaison across clinical, quality, contracting, and MSO teams supporting CIN initiatives. Drive practice engagement initiatives and recommend strategies to improve CIN participation and performance. Lead development of communications and materials supporting CIN rollout and ongoing program execution. Lead or provide strategic project support for new CIN initiatives, applying independent judgment to support successful implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field 1-4 year of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, strategy, or value-based care preferred Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with clinically integrated networks (CINs), value-based care models, ACOs, or payer-provider partnerships. Experience translating healthcare data, dashboards, or performance reporting into clear presentations and materials for internal and external audiences. Performance Metrics: • Projects, materials, and communications are organized and delivered on time. • Participation and engagement tracking is accurate and up to date. • Leadership and teams receive timely, well-organized materials and meeting support.
