The Admissions Coordinator will guide families through the intake process and address their questions and concerns. They will also coordinate with families to obtain necessary application materials and collaborate with clinical and operational teams regarding the start of services.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the ABA field or related behavioral healthcare and experience in customer service or sales. A working knowledge of ABA is preferred, along with the ability to communicate professionally with families and referral sources.

Full Description

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic person to fill the role of Admissions Coordinator. You will act as a guide for families and case managers seeking applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum. You'll have the opportunity to use your knowledge and natural enthusiasm to leave a lasting impact on your community by helping them secure services for their child. Basic Duties Guide families through the intake process, fielding family questions and concerns via phone and email Maintain a positive and supportive demeanor for all parent interactions Coordinate with families to obtain all necessary application materials Participate in weekly intake meetings Understand and be able to speak to clinical programs at an informational level May be able to assist with marketing events (trade shows, provider drop-ins, outgoing calls to referral sources) Use Salesforce to track client status and help identify issues Collaborates with clinical and operational teams regarding the start of services. Ability to track key metrics and details Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications ● 1 year experience in the ABA field or related behavioral healthcare ● Experience with customer service and/or sales ● A working knowledge of ABA (preferred) ● Ability to speak professionally to families and referral sources ● Ability to represent Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in a professional and positive way ● Experience with Salesforce as a system for tracking ● Flexibility - as company goals shift and grow
