As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for setting up, calibrating, and monitoring advanced production equipment. Your Role Will Involve: • Troubleshooting and maintaining machinery to optimize production efficiency. • Performing in-depth quality checks on finished products to uphold our exceptional standards. • Safely and efficiently operating machines to create vital products. • Keeping accurate documentation related to product quality and machine performance. • Setting up and calibrating machines in accordance with specified guidelines. What We Are Looking For: • Strongly preferred: 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience. • A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience is desirable. In This Role, You Can Expect: • To apply your skills and knowledge to standard tasks with confidence. • To quickly learn new information and techniques applicable to your work. • To maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications pertinent to your position. • To manage routine tasks with some elements of problem-solving. • To follow established procedures and quality standards diligently. • To work with moderate supervision, with regular reviews of your performance. • To seek assistance from your supervisor for more complex issues. Compensation: Expect an hourly pay range of $20.25 - $26.25 based on your experience, plus a shift differential.
