What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organizations assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense. Job Summary The Manager, Finance Operations (Employee Corporate Card Services) is responsible for the end-to-end card and expense processes. This includes strong partnerships with Travel, Ethics and Compliance, M&A, Accounting, Operations, Internal and External Audit, etc. The Manager leads a team of approx. 25 outsourced individuals as well as individuals based in Dublin, OH. Key responsibilities include: maintaining a strong control environment, ensuring employee expense compliance, process improvements (i.e. Blackbelt Projects), integrations, and transformation projects. Responsibilities • SOX control ownership, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and audit support • Managing a team of 2 FTEs and 25 offshore employees • Lead the expense reimbursement process for our Cardinal Health employees • Involved in various projects supporting our cross functional team • Strong partnerships with internal Cardinal Health employees, Concur, Ethics and Compliance, Accounting, etc. • 5% travel - attending a few conferences a year Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • 8-12 years of experience in related field, preferred • Ability to travel for conferences • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with personnel at various levels • Experience with MS Excel • Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support • Experience with SAP Concur, preferred • Strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done Location • Hybrid role • Ideal candidate will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule - coming into the Dublin, OH office 1 day a week and working the other days remote What is expected of you and others at this level • Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals • Ensures employees operate within guidelines • Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers • Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management • Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects • Gains consensus from various parties involved Anticipated salary range: $105,100-$135,090 Bonus eligible: Yes Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. • Medical, dental and vision coverage • Paid time off plan • Health savings account (HSA) • 401k savings plan • Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) • Short- and long-term disability coverage • Work-Life resources • Paid parental leave • Healthy lifestyle programs Application window anticipated to close: 03/07/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
