Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Courier Service Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quotes, phone orders, delivery schedules, inquiries, and concerns • Support large key customers with special needs • Support route driving by preparing delivery routes, verifying addresses, and ensuring timely deliveries • Answer phones and support live quotes • Work in the dispatch software to help price orders • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries while adhering to safety protocols • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, customer paperwork and customer interactions for reporting purposes Skills • Proven experience in customer service with excellent communication skills • Experience with CXT software a plus • Knowledge of warehouse/3PL type customer inquiries a plus • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and customer requests effectively This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to deliver outstanding service while supporting efficient logistics operations.
