We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager who can turn ideas into action - helping our small but mighty team move faster, smarter, and more efficiently. You’ll be the engine of execution for the marketing team - organizing projects, optimizing workflows, and bringing structure to creative chaos. You’ll translate brainstorms and quick ideas into clear plans, task them out across the team, and make sure everything gets done - on time and on brand. We’re especially looking for someone who: Lives inside tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet Leverages AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and boost output Has strong experience in either content strategy/development or demand generation/campaign management 🎯Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage marketing initiatives from concept to delivery. Translate ideas and quick briefs into actionable project plans with clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables. Workflow Optimization: Build and maintain efficient marketing processes using Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet. Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve team velocity. AI Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and implement tooling and opportunities to leverage AI to streamline content creation, campaign tracking, reporting, and other processes. Social Media Management: Oversee Carbyne’s social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Plan and schedule posts, track engagement, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels. Content Development & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and our PR agency to develop, edit, and publish content - including blogs, press releases, case studies, and social media posts. Demand Generation Support: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, webinars, and ABM initiatives. Help manage campaign calendars and performance reporting. Performance Tracking: Maintain dashboards, reports, and project trackers to ensure visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and PR teams to align timelines, messaging, and deliverables. 🔑 What You Bring To shine in this role, you’ll need: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in GTM operations, sales operations, or marketing operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Project Management: Proven experience in leading complex projects with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make strategic recommendations. Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects effectively. Collaboration: Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve common goals. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Industry Knowledge: Experience in public safety, government, or civic tech markets; familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, RFP processes, and procurement in public sector organizations; knowledge of public safety technologies. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
