This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end customer implementations while building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing project management function. You will serve as a senior point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This role requires a balance of execution, leadership, and operational excellence, with direct involvement in key projects and customer engagements. šÆ Hereās What Youāll Be Doing Lead and oversee customer deployments from initiation through execution, ensuring successful and timely delivery Actively manage complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring and supporting project managers Own the day-to-day executive-level relationship with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Develop, manage, and continuously improve commercial and pilot project plans Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Sales, Support, and external partners Set clear expectations, manage project schedules, and determine resource needs across multiple initiatives Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive solutions that protect timelines and customer trust Lead internal, customer, and partner meetings to ensure alignment and accountability Identify opportunities for business expansion and add-on sales tied to project success Establish, optimize, and scale project management processes, tools, and methodologies Communicate clear, concise project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across deployments š What You Bring Prior experience in a Director-level or senior leadership role, with direct people management responsibility 7ā10+ years of experience managing the full project lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment Proven ability to remain hands-on while leading and scaling teams Experience working closely with R&D, Engineering, and Technical teams on complex implementations Comfort engaging with C-suite stakeholders in B2B environments or Command Staff in B2G/Public Safety organizations Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and customer insights to guide decisions Experience in implementing AI, tools, processes and templates to help the team scale, improve and be more efficient Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment Willingness to travel domestically as needed Experience working with Public Safety organizations strongly preferred ā Bonus Points For Experience with ESInet and i3 technologies Experience leading cloud-based deployments š Why Youāll Love It Here Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) matching -because your future matters Unlimited vacation policy Parental leaveāfamily always comes first Health & wellness benefits $100 monthly phone & internet stipend One-time $400 home office stipend for remote workers A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your work truly matters š Our Promise At Carbyne, we believe diversity makes us stronger. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
