With a focus on renewable power and clean fuel, Captona pioneers innovative investment strategies that align financial returns with positive environmental impact. Headquartered in New York City, Captona manages $3 billion in enterprise value, owning and operating more than 40 projects across North America, including solar, storage, fuel cells, microgrids and renewable natural gas. We are looking for individuals who want to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm focused on renewable energy. The team is currently looking for a key person to join its talent acquisition efforts, focused on identifying and engaging top talent. Responsibilities: • Source and engage top-tier talent, building and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline. • Regularly attend industry conferences and university events to directly identify, engage with, and headhunt top talent • Execute innovative search strategies, including market mapping and in-depth candidate research. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies and sourcing plans. • Conduct pre-screening and on-site interviews and coordinate interviews for hiring managers. Experience: • 2-5 years of experience of recruiting for financial institutions or organizations within the renewable energy sector • Proven track record of headhunting using creative sourcing methods to and engage with prospective talent • Industry experience and/or interest in the energy transition highly desired • Commercial demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Base salary range of $70K-$120K commensurate with experience; total compensation includes comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.
