Role Overview: As a Regional HVAC Service Trainer, you will play a critical role in educating and empowering service technicians and partners on the installation, maintenance, and repair of CaptiveAire’s HVAC and ventilation products. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction across your region. What You'll Do: - You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HVAC service technicians and partners. - You will conduct hands-on workshops and virtual training sessions to demonstrate product installation and troubleshooting techniques. - You will assess trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure mastery of technical skills. - You will collaborate with sales and service teams to identify training needs and update materials accordingly. - You will travel within your region to support field teams and conduct on-site training. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of CaptiveAire products and industry best practices. - You will document training activities and report on program effectiveness. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service or technical training. - Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen ventilation systems and HVAC equipment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time. - Proficiency with training software and virtual meeting platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment industries. - Certification in HVAC or related technical fields. - Previous experience in a training or instructional role. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
