Role Overview: As a Regional HVAC Service Trainer, you will play a critical role in educating and empowering service technicians and partners on the installation, maintenance, and repair of CaptiveAire’s HVAC and ventilation products. Your expertise will ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction across your region. What You'll Do: - You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HVAC service technicians and partners. - You will conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to demonstrate proper installation and maintenance techniques. - You will assess trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure skill mastery. - You will collaborate with the product development and service teams to update training materials based on new product releases. - You will troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and provide technical support during training. - You will travel within your assigned region to support service teams and customers. - You will document training activities and maintain records of participant performance. - You will promote safety standards and best practices in all training sessions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or training. - Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and kitchen ventilation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time. - Proficiency with training software and virtual meeting platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in commercial kitchen ventilation systems. - Previous experience as a technical trainer or educator. - HVAC certification or relevant technical credentials. - Familiarity with CaptiveAire products and solutions.
