What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or training. - Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and kitchen ventilation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time. - Proficiency with training software and virtual meeting platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in commercial kitchen ventilation systems. - Previous experience as a technical trainer or educator. - HVAC certification or relevant technical credentials. - Familiarity with CaptiveAire products and solutions.
