Role Overview: As a Regional HVAC Service Trainer, you will play a critical role in educating and empowering our service teams and partners. Your expertise will ensure that our HVAC products are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards, supporting CaptiveAire’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on HVAC systems and related products to regional service teams. - You will assess training needs and customize content to address specific technical challenges and service requirements. - You will provide hands-on demonstrations and practical workshops to enhance technician skills and knowledge. - You will collaborate with product development and service departments to stay updated on new technologies and product enhancements. - You will evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as needed. - You will support field service teams by troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and providing expert guidance. - You will maintain detailed training records and documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or training roles. - Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, and ductwork. - Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging technical training programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train diverse audiences. - Ability to travel regionally to conduct on-site training sessions. - Proficiency with training tools and technology, including virtual training platforms. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in commercial kitchen ventilation systems or related industries. - Certification in HVAC technologies or training (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence). - Background in adult learning principles and instructional design. - Familiarity with CaptiveAire products and solutions.
