Role Overview: As a Regional HVAC Service Trainer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of our service teams. Your expertise will ensure that our HVAC products are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards, supporting CaptiveAire’s reputation for quality and innovation. What You'll Do: - You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HVAC service technicians across the region. - You will assess training needs and customize content to address specific technical challenges. - You will conduct hands-on workshops and classroom sessions to improve technician proficiency. - You will collaborate with product development and service teams to stay updated on new technologies. - You will evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback. - You will provide ongoing support and mentorship to service technicians to ensure continuous learning. - You will travel regionally to deliver training and support to various service locations. - You will maintain detailed training records and reports to track progress and outcomes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service or technical training. - Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Proven ability to develop effective training materials and programs. - Willingness to travel regionally as required. - Technical certifications related to HVAC systems are highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in commercial kitchen ventilation systems. - Background in adult education or instructional design. - Familiarity with digital training platforms and e-learning tools. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
