What You’ll Do: • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple restaurant locations. • Lead and coach General Managers to achieve sales goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Analyze performance metrics and P&L reports to improve results across all stores. • Conduct regular site visits to maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and team morale. • Recruit, train, and mentor management talent to strengthen future leadership. • Develop strategies for local market growth and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute company-wide initiatives. What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of multi-unit or district management experience in food service or QSR (required). • Strong track record of driving sales and operational success. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions. • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required). • High school diploma or equivalent (required); business or management degree preferred.
