About the Role The Recruiter Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting Capsules high-volume recruiting efforts. This individual will work closely with the Recruiting Operations team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. The role is focused on supporting the courier and logistics recruiting lifecycle for our New York and National Markets, while also serving as a backup for other roles as needed. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. What Youll do: • Partner closely with the Recruiting Operations team to support high-volume hiring needs, primarily focused on courier and logistics roles across New York and National Markets. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications. • Follow up with candidates via phone and email to ensure smooth progress through the hiring lifecycle, providing timely updates on recruiting status. • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate progress, interview kits, and recruiting workflows are up to date. • Assist the team in generating recruiting metrics and progress updates for stakeholders, helping track hiring activity and outcomes. • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience. • Provide backup support across other recruiting functions and roles on an as-needed basis. About You: • You bring a strong customer-service mindset and thrive in supporting both candidates and hiring managers through a seamless recruiting process. • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and data integrity. • You can work both fast and right - knowing when precision is critical and when an 80% solution is the most efficient way to move forward. • You communicate effectively in both writing and live conversations, staying clear and confident even when faced with tough or unexpected questions. • You thrive on being pushed and challenged, and you check your ego at the door - focusing on finding the best answer for the team rather than being the one who has it. • You are collaborative and proactive, willing to step in where needed to support the broader recruiting team. • You are resilient in the face of change, able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • You are passionate about healthcare and inspired by our mission to build a smarter, friendlier, faster pharmacy experience.
