We are representing a rapidly growing privately held organization that is an industry leader in the technology integration solutions space who is actively seeking a Vice President of Sales. This organization is partnering with globally recognized Fortune 500 companies in addition to small/mid companies offering solutions stack that is both commercial and enterprise driven. They have been recognized by several industry leading publications as a TOP PLACES to WORK predicated on quality, culture, and employee satisfaction. POSITION OVERVIEW • Reporting to the CEO, this candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and business development functions to drive strategic revenue growth of the organization. This $50M company is looking to 2x revenue in the next 36 months. • Vice President will lead robust sales team comprised of (20) Account Managers and Business Development Professionals in addition to Business Development Director and Director of Accounts (AM). • Develop annual and quarterly revenue plans • Work closely with Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on forecasting with Operations and Finance. • Develop Sales "Score Cards" for Commercial and Business Development teams POSITON REQUIREMENTS • Candidate should have 10+ years of experience leading sales teams with a proven track record of driving revenue • Experience with "solutions based sales" is preferred • This candidate will be tasked with developing and enhancing a sales team, organization is targeting "Sales Leader" VS "Individual Contributor." • Business Savvy is an absolute must have COMPENSATION • $160,000-$180,000 base salary + bonus ( $250-$325k total comp package)
