Overview This role supports clients with expense management services, helping them streamline processes, reduce relocation costs, and improve efficiency. The position involves assessing client needs, configuring systems, and integrating expense management tools with online platforms. It also provides expertise in payroll and tax-related processes, including year-end gross-ups, while ensuring accurate and timely client deliverables. The role partners closely with global teams, supports client presentations, and serves as a backup to the Director of Expense Management. Responsibilities Manage and develop U.S.-based payroll gross-up specialists Coordinate gross-ups and ensure alignment with client payroll schedules Stay up to date on tax and relocation industry changes Identify opportunities to improve cost, efficiency, and service Lead client meetings, presentations, and training sessions Oversee payroll processing and proactively manage client expectations Define reporting needs, partner with IT, and support reporting enhancements Serve as liaison with internal IT for troubleshooting and improvements Provide expense-related reports to clients as requested Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years of equivalent experience 4+ years in the relocation industry, with experience in expense management and/or U.S. tax/gross-ups Knowledge of finance, accounting, and expense/travel management Strong skills in Microsoft Office and financial modeling Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills Strong presentation skills and professional presence High attention to detail with an innovative mindset About About CapRelo CapRelo is a technology-driven company focused on delivering best in class relocation and assignment services on a global platform.
