Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets while working closely with Finance and BDC departments to drive performance and maintain strong OEM relationships.
Minimum 5 years dealership experience with strong finance background, proven sales leadership, knowledge of desking deals and leasing, excellent communication and closing skills, and preferably Chevy experience.
