Role Overview We’re hiring a full-time Client Success & Onboarding Specialist to welcome new clients, set them up on our systems, and ensure their first experience with us is seamless. This is not a sales role—it’s a dedicated client success position focused on communication, organization, and customer care. What You’ll Do • Host 15–20 minute welcome and onboarding calls with new clients. • Send login credentials and access details (email, Slack/Skool, VPS). • Verify installations and confirm everything works properly. • Update our project management board and internal systems to reflect client progress. • Respond promptly to client questions related to their onboarding process. • Escalate any technical issues to the support team. What We’re Looking For • Professional on-camera presence (business-professional attire and clean background). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quality microphone/headset. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable learning simple software tools (remote desktop, basic trading platform navigation—training provided). Compensation & Schedule • $22/hour, full-time (40 hrs/week). • Standard U.S. business hours with some flexibility to accommodate client time zones. • Eligible for performance-based raises as the company grows.
