Sourcing Specialist (HYBRID/ New York, NY) 10/27/2025 - 03/28/2026 - Likely to extend or go PERM REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, 5 days a week (Hybrid schedule to be determined) Job Summary: The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for handling the organization's end to end sourcing operations by implementing sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage assigned commodities. Responsibilities include the ability to appraise and improve organization sourcing activities by analyzing the company's spending, supply partnerships and identifying new opportunities to improve cost savings. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree in any Business or Finance discipline • Four (4)-seven (7) years of sourcing experience • Demonstrated project management skills required including identifying project deliverables and developing critical milestones to meet project goals • Negotiation of contracts • Creating and developing relationships and leading projects and sourcing events • Leading meetings with Suppliers and Customers to keep project goals and objectives on track PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS • Experience in Healthcare • Master's Degree in Business/Finance or emphasis in Supply Chain Management #AJ1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
