Job Title: Project Manager (Energy/Infrastructure Projects) Location: Tampa, FL (onsite 4–5 days per week) Contract Type: 1-year contract (potential to extend or convert) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects supporting Advanced Distribution Infrastructure (ADI) initiatives. This role involves managing complex projects from planning through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field. • NERC certification (required). • 6+ years of experience in contract administration, CPM scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications • PMP certification (strongly preferred). • Professional Engineering (PE) license. • MBA or graduate degree in Engineering Management. • Experience with electric delivery system infrastructure or industrial construction projects. • Supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup for major capital projects. • Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and communications. • Ensure well-developed business cases and proper project documentation. • Develop and enforce project execution plans, schedules, and cost controls. • Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering and contractor teams. • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
