Epic Systems Analyst – Willow Ambulatory / Compass Rose (Remote, PST Hours) Job Title: Senior Epic Systems Analyst – Willow Ambulatory / Compass Rose Location: Remote (client based in San Diego, CA) Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour days, PST hours Pay Structure: Biweekly pay through W-2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst with Willow Ambulatory certification to support and lead initiatives for ambulatory pharmacy workflows and Compass Rose implementation. This is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity that requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment. Responsibilities • Provide Epic build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for the Willow Ambulatory module • Lead and participate in Compass Rose implementation and optimization • Collaborate with clinicians, pharmacy teams, and stakeholders to support medication management workflows • Ensure Epic system design aligns with clinical and operational needs • Troubleshoot issues, provide enhancements, and maintain system stability • Document workflows, configuration, and system changes • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to project leadership activities Required Qualifications • Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (must provide proof of certification) • Hands-on experience supporting Willow Ambulatory and implementing Compass Rose • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare IT • 3+ years of Epic application support in a healthcare setting • Leadership experience • Strong knowledge of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and medication management • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification • Project management experience • 5+ years healthcare or related subject matter experience #AJ1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
