Location: Dallas, TX 75235 Job Type: Full-time, 12-month engagement (onsite) Industry: Payments • Financial Services • Banking • Debit Products Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong payments, debit card, and financial analytics expertise to support the launch and optimization of a new Debit Co-Brand Card Product. This role will work onsite with the Product Management team to develop reporting tools, dashboards, KPIs, and insights that drive product growth, usage, and engagement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with debit or credit card portfolios, understands payment transaction data, and has built Tableau dashboards, SQL queries, and performance reporting frameworks. Responsibilities • Build reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics infrastructure to measure debit product performance • Develop KPI frameworks and scorecards for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and transaction behavior • Analyze large datasets including payment transactions, authorization data, fraud trends, and customer lifecycle metrics • Monitor usage patterns to identify performance gaps and opportunities for product optimization • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Issuer teams to execute roadmap initiatives • Support end-to-end product enhancement activities (requirements gathering → testing → launch analytics) • Conduct competitive research on debit card offerings, rewards, interchange trends, and consumer behavior • Present insights to senior leaders with clear recommendations and data-driven decision support • Ensure compliance with payments regulations, network rules, and internal controls • Benchmark product performance against industry standards and best practices Required Experience • 3–5+ years of experience in the payments or card industry (Debit, Credit, Prepaid, or Banking) • 3+ years of financial or product analytics experience, preferably tied to card program performance • Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboard development • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysis; Python strongly preferred • Experience analyzing card transactions, authorization data, interchange revenue, fraud metrics, or customer lifecycle KPIs • Understanding of payments ecosystems, card processing flows, ACH, and debit network regulations (e.g., Durbin, Reg II) • Strong ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting co-brand card programs, loyalty programs, or rewards-based financial products • Familiarity with issuer processors, card networks, and banking partners • Experience designing or enhancing data pipelines or performance dashboards • Background in Product Management, Banking Operations, or Financial Modeling What Success Looks Like • Ability to independently build dashboards and performance reporting • Strong understanding of debit product economics and user behavior • Strategic mindset with ability to influence roadmap decisions • Comfortable presenting insights to leadership and stakeholders #AJ1 • Payments Analytics • Debit Card Product Management • Banking Analytics • FinTech Analyst • Card Portfolio Strategy • Customer Insights / Behavioral Analytics • Data Modeling & Data Visualization • SQL Developer • BI Analyst / Business Intelligence • Loyalty & Rewards Analytics • Product Analyst (Payments) • Issuer / Processor Experience • Risk & Fraud Analytics • KPI Development • Marketing Analytics for Card Products Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
