What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong expertise in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. - Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and building data pipelines. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in an agile environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry or with regulatory compliance. - Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and data science collaboration. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or data engineering.
