Role Overview: As the Sr. Manager, Risk Management - Agile Delivery Program Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of risk management initiatives through agile methodologies. Your role is critical in ensuring that risk strategies are effectively implemented while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage agile delivery teams focused on risk management projects. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - You will develop and maintain risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements. - You will facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - You will monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery. - You will mentor and coach team members to enhance agile practices and professional growth. - You will communicate project status and risk insights to senior leadership. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize risk management processes. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in risk management or related financial services roles. - 5+ years of experience leading agile teams and managing complex projects. - Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and financial industry standards. - Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification. - Experience working in a large financial institution or fintech environment. - Familiarity with data analytics and risk modeling techniques. - Background in software development or technology-driven risk solutions.
