General Responsibilities: Operational Rhythm & Accountability (ROB, Guidance): Own and Drive the Sales Rhythm of Business (ROB), specifically designing and running mechanisms for pipeline reviews, forecasting, and operational sales team performance. Develop actionable insights and mechanisms to guide the sales team and build accountability. Strategic Sales Planning & Influence: Manage and bring incentive ideas to the table for the sales team, partnering with the Sales Operations Lead, Sales Leadership, and Finance, on the design and implementation of effective territory structures and compensation plans. Process Excellence & Seller Experience: Focus on automation and simplification—leading changes autonomously to streamline processes and look to automate manual workflows. Enhance the seller experience while influencing a positive customer lifecycle/buying journey. Data, Insights, and Technology Partnership: Build out Salesforce dashboards and reports to effectively support the business, using research and data to drive decisions. Partner with the RevTech leader and Enablement to ensure CRM data integrity, adoption, and championing the selection and optimization of the sales tech stack. Remote (Regardless of Location): $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business Manager McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Business Manager Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
