What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that improve user engagement and shopping outcomes. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features on time. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. - You will mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. What You Bring: - 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful API design. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. - Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Background in e-commerce or shopping platforms. - Knowledge of data analytics and personalization algorithms.
