You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact software initiatives that enhance our customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and operations to drive program success. - You will develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. - You will communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within your teams. - You will mentor and develop program managers and other team members to enhance their skills and career growth. - You will identify and implement best practices in program management and agile methodologies. - You will collaborate with technology leaders to align program objectives with Capital One’s strategic vision. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in software development or financial services. - Proven track record managing large-scale, complex technology programs with cross-functional teams. - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and program management tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Experience mentoring and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry or with fintech products. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices. - PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications. - Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
