What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. - You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics. - You will identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and remove obstacles to keep programs on track. - You will drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools. - You will communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. - You will mentor and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. - You will partner with technology leaders to align program priorities with overall technology strategy. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in software development or financial services. - Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical programs from inception to delivery. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and drive effective solutions. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry or with fintech products. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software architectures. - PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications. - Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
