Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture for Data Security Pre-sales, you will lead a team of architects in designing and delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet our clients' complex data protection needs. You will play a critical role in shaping our security strategy and driving business growth through technical excellence and customer engagement. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of solutions architects focused on data security pre-sales engagements. - You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop tailored security solutions for enterprise clients. - You will design and present technical architectures that address data protection, compliance, and risk management requirements. - You will engage with customers to understand their security challenges and provide expert guidance. - You will drive innovation by evaluating emerging security technologies and integrating them into our solutions. - You will contribute to the development of best practices, frameworks, and documentation for data security architecture. - You will support RFP responses and technical proposals to win new business opportunities. - You will monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain compliant and competitive. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. - Deep expertise in data security technologies, including encryption, identity and access management, and data loss prevention. - Strong understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex pre-sales engagements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the financial services industry. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security Specialty. - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automation tools. - Experience with big data platforms and securing data lakes.
