Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture for Data Security Pre-sales, you will lead a team of architects in designing and delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet our clients' complex data protection needs. You will play a critical role in shaping our security strategy and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to drive business growth through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a team of solutions architects focused on data security pre-sales engagements. - You will collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored security architectures. - You will design and present technical solutions that address data protection, compliance, and risk management. - You will drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging security technologies and best practices. - You will partner with engineering and product teams to influence the development of secure products and services. - You will manage complex pre-sales cycles, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions. - You will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to foster trust and long-term partnerships. - You will contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights on data security trends and innovations. What You Bring: - 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with at least 4 years in data security or related fields. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing data security solutions, including encryption, access control, and data loss prevention. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. - Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSK. - Experience with cloud security architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in financial services or regulated industries. - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automation tools.
