What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong expertise in Profile, PSL, and MUMPS programming languages. - Proven track record of leading software development teams and delivering complex projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle management. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
