You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. What You'll Do: - You will lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions tailored to revenue-generating processes. - You will manage and mentor a team of Salesforce architects and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. - You will oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and workflow efficiency. - You will establish best practices and governance frameworks for Salesforce development and deployment. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce platform performance and user experience. - You will partner with product owners and engineering teams to align technology roadmaps with business goals. - You will monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. What You Bring: - You have 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. - You possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. - You have strong leadership skills with at least 3 years managing technical teams. - You are proficient in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data migration strategies. - You have excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - You hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
