Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, Salesforce Solutions Architect within Capital One Software, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive revenue technology initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and efficient systems that enhance business processes and customer experiences. What You'll Do: - You will lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards. - You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. - You will oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. - You will mentor and guide a team of Salesforce architects and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. - You will establish best practices and governance frameworks for Salesforce development and deployment. - You will evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem. - You will manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. - You will communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. What You Bring: - You bring 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with a strong focus on revenue technology. - You bring deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud platforms. - You bring proficiency in integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. - You bring experience leading and mentoring technical teams in an agile environment. - You bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. - You bring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Salesforce certifications including Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect. - Background in financial services or revenue operations.
