What You'll Do: - You will lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions tailored to revenue technology needs. - You will manage and mentor a team of Salesforce architects and developers. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. - You will ensure best practices in Salesforce development, deployment, and governance. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize revenue technology platforms. - You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. - You will stay current with Salesforce innovations and industry trends to recommend strategic enhancements. What You Bring: - You bring 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. - You have 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams. - You possess deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. - You have strong skills in system integration, including APIs and middleware. - You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - You hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in financial services or fintech industries. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
