What You'll Do: - You will lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions tailored to revenue technology needs. - You will manage and mentor a team of Salesforce architects and developers. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. - You will ensure best practices in Salesforce development, deployment, and security. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize revenue processes. - You will partner with product and engineering teams to align technology roadmaps. - You will monitor project progress and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design. - You have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. - You have proven leadership experience managing technical teams. - You have deep knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs. - You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - You have experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Architect, or Developer. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Experience with data analytics and BI tools.
