Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic roadmaps, drive innovation in processes, create executive presentations, and influence senior leadership alignment.
Bachelor’s degree or military experience, 7+ years in project/process management, 3+ years working with senior stakeholders, strong communication skills, MBA and Chief of Staff experience preferred.
Job Description: • Partners with across BC&P to deliver on the roadmap, owning and directing work across teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery • Drives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio • Creates executive-ready presentations and materials • Leads special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams • Prioritize and focus leaders in a number of key areas • Understand the senior leader’s intent and vision, lead other leaders to drive and track the senior leader’s goals and priorities • Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be resolved to elevate the team and allow easy accountability • Work closely with all business units and functions to align operations with strategy • Influence across all levels of the organization and across organizations • Develop relationships within direct and extended teams to serve as an informed and helpful sounding board and thought partner Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Agile Delivery • At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions • At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) (preferred) • 3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (preferred) • 4+ years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences (preferred) • Chief of Staff experience (preferred) • Experience working closely with executives (preferred) Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI) • Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being
