Lead and optimize talent and performance management operations, develop communications and training, manage risk and analytics, influence product strategy, and lead a diverse team.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA, 5+ years project/program management, 3+ years people and product management, PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification, and financial modeling experience.
• Communications & Training: Develop and deliver all communication and training programs for new talent and performance management processes.* Operational Excellence: Oversee annual operations for talent and performance management, driving and optimizing well-managed operations.* Risk & Analytics: Manage risk and leverage data to ensure our processes are well-managed and compliant.* Strategic Partnerships: Influence product strategy and drive enterprise adoption by partnering closely with product, LOB HR, and brand and marketing teams. This includes developing compelling content and knowledge management plans to maximize awareness and adoption.* Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to align on information architecture, knowledge management, and communications, including videos, emails, site content, organizational leader communications, and more.* Leadership: You're a proven leader-of-leaders who can manage a diverse and high-performing team.* Strategic Acumen: You have exceptional problem-solving and process-engineering skills.
