What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support enterprise-wide data needs. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver robust data solutions. - You will ensure data quality, integrity, and security across multiple platforms. - You will troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain system reliability. - You will implement best practices for data engineering, including automation and monitoring. - You will contribute to the architecture and strategy for scalable data infrastructure. - You will mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data engineering practices. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop. - Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL design. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of New Market Tax Credit and Alternative Energy tax credit operations. - Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. - Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or data engineering.
