Role Overview: As a Senior Cryptographic Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Manager, you will lead the development and management of Capital One's PKI systems, ensuring robust cryptographic security across the organization. Your role is critical in protecting sensitive data and enabling secure digital transactions through innovative cybersecurity strategies. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide PKI solutions. - You will manage a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on cryptographic security and infrastructure. - You will develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI solutions into various business applications. - You will monitor and respond to emerging cryptographic threats and vulnerabilities. - You will oversee key lifecycle management, including issuance, renewal, and revocation of digital certificates. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the security posture of Capital One’s cryptographic infrastructure. - You will provide expert guidance and training to stakeholders on PKI best practices and security protocols. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years focused on PKI management. - Strong expertise in cryptographic technologies, digital certificates, and key management systems. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams. - In-depth knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and compliance standards like PCI DSS. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based PKI solutions and automation tools. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. - Background in financial services or highly regulated industries. - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integration of security into CI/CD pipelines.
