What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of PKI systems to support enterprise security needs. - You will manage a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on cryptographic solutions and infrastructure. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI with other security technologies and business applications. - You will develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - You will monitor emerging cryptographic threats and technologies to continuously enhance PKI capabilities. - You will oversee incident response related to cryptographic security breaches and vulnerabilities. - You will provide expert guidance and training to internal teams on PKI best practices and cryptographic principles. - You will drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new cryptographic tools and methodologies. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on cryptographic systems and PKI management. - You possess deep knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, digital certificates, and key management. - You have proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment. - You are skilled in compliance frameworks such as NIST, FIPS, and PCI DSS related to cryptographic security. - You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based PKI solutions and integration with cloud security platforms. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline PKI operations. - Background in financial services or highly regulated industries.
