Your role is critical in protecting sensitive data and enabling secure digital transactions through innovative cybersecurity strategies. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of PKI infrastructure to support enterprise security needs. - You will manage a team of cybersecurity professionals focused on cryptographic solutions and key management. - You will develop and enforce policies and procedures related to PKI and cryptographic standards. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI solutions into various business applications. - You will monitor emerging cryptographic threats and recommend proactive security measures. - You will oversee incident response related to cryptographic vulnerabilities and breaches. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the security posture of Capital One. - You will provide expert guidance and training on PKI and cryptographic best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years focused on PKI management. - Strong expertise in cryptographic algorithms, key management, and digital certificates. - Proven leadership skills managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment. - In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based PKI solutions and automation tools. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. - Background in financial services or highly regulated industries. - Familiarity with emerging technologies like quantum-safe cryptography.
