Job Description: • Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects • Get work done through others, collaborate with partners and influence stakeholders • Conduct regular meetings with the project team • Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership • Identify ways to improve and streamline business process • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience • At least 3 years of Project Management experience • Masters / MBA degree (preferred) • 5+ years of Project Management experience (preferred) • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong problem solving and influencing skills Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible working hours • Paid time off • Remote work options
