What You Bring: - You bring 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in financial services or technology sectors. - You have strong expertise in Java, Python, or similar programming languages. - You possess deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience with microservices architecture. - You have a proven track record of leading software development projects and mentoring engineering teams. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning integration. - Previous experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
