Job Description: • Execute on operational processes with a high level of accuracy and efficiency as established by KPIs • Monitor and document incoming inquiries, troubleshoot issues, identify root cause and coordinate remediation • Support processes connected to internal and external systems leveraged across the ATM & Cash environment • Review profile onboarding documentation for accuracy and facilitate onboarding activities • Identify potential operational or customer facing risks and escalate in accordance with documented processes Requirements: • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience • At least 3 years experience working in the Financial Industry • At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office • At least 1 year of experience in Bank Operations Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Remote work options
