What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the deployment of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop and execute deployment strategies. - You will identify and mitigate risks associated with software deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. - You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing deployment outcomes and implementing best practices. - You will mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. - You will communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations. - You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in software deployment, technical project management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of software development life cycles, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in regulated industries, preferably financial services. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Capital One’s technology stack or similar financial technology environments. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master). - Background in software engineering or technical architecture. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
