Role Overview: As the Manager, Technical Deployment Strategist, you will lead the strategic deployment of software solutions that support Capital One’s digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technology products that meet business needs and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute deployment strategies for new software products and updates. - You will lead and mentor a team of technical deployment specialists. - You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align deployment plans with business objectives. - You will manage risk and compliance considerations throughout the deployment lifecycle. - You will monitor deployment progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery. - You will communicate deployment status and risks to senior leadership. - You will drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and tools. - You will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in technical deployment or software release management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of financial services industry regulations is preferred. - Proficiency with deployment automation tools and cloud platforms.
